1. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon final image delivery.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
Rescheduling may be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Image Delivery and Usage
Clients will receive final edited images. RAW files are not provided.
Images are for personal use only (social media, website). They cannot be sold or shared with third parties without permission.
The photographer retains the copyright and may use images for portfolio or promotional purposes.
4. Additional Fees
Additional charges may apply for extended sessions, extra images, or retouching requests.
5. Limitation of Liability
Andreas Chiras Photography is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond control. Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
